Mom is out of surgery and awake. Her blood pressure dropped when they gave her pain medication, so she is in a lot of pain right now, but otherwise the nurse said it went well, thank God.
Mom's sister is having a hysterectomy today too, at another hospital. Crazy coincidence.
I'm just so so relieved she's awake now.
