Seven Random Things

Laurah tagged me!

The tag rules are:
1. When tagged, place the name of the person and URL on your blog
2. Post the rules on your blog
3. Write 7 things about yourself
4. Name 7 of your favorite weblogs
5. Send an e-mail letting those bloggers know they have been tagged
So here are 7 random things about me:

1. I see two of everything. Really! I've had double vision since I was born. Glasses help a little but don't take it away completely. My eye doc is still amazed I learned to read.

2. I hate feet. Hate them! I think feet are weird and gross. My husband is not allowed to touch my feet.

3. My favorite author is Stephen King. My dad gave me The Shining to read when I was 10 and I've been hooked ever since.

4. I skipped the graduation ceremony for my master's degree and I walked out of my bachelor's degree ceremony in the middle. Those ceremonys are boring and way too long!

5. I went to Europe when I was 16 on a school trip. I walked through Shakespeare's birthplace and went to the Louvre.

6. I'm a statistic...teenage mother. I gave birth to Piper when I was 19. Though, I was married (first husband) so I don't know if it counts.

7. I'm a certified bartender. Bartending helped pay my way through undergrad when I left husband #1 and was a single mom for awhile.

I'm tagging the following 7 people:

Sam, Jen, Kelly, Laura, Bezzie, Zarah, and SharkMeat

I hate graduation ceremonies too! Very boring. Also, I agree with you on the feet thing.

Awww, I loved my bachelor's graduation ceremony! It was very exciting to me, even with the young guy sitting next to me talking on his cell phone during most of the ceremony, LOL!

I lvoe that you walked out! Ha ha!!! That's awesome!!! I went to my husband's bachelor's ceremony--in a barn. There were birds flying around and the horse poop was shovelled to one side. I kept waiting for a bird to crap on someone's black gown..man that would have been great.
