Tuesday's Tribute

Tuesday's Tribute
Yet Another Jay and Deb Production.

An Ode to Coffee!!!

In my youth, I did not understand the magic, the beauty, or the wonder of coffee. I struggled through college (and 2 after school jobs) in a hazy daze. Tired, groggy, and uncaffeinated. I was too proud for coffee, thinking I didn't need it. I could do without. Stupid pride.

Today, I humble myself to coffee. Once I discovered the fabulous caffeine buzz, the world was never the same. Suddenly, my morning crankiness subsided, the two birds in Brooklyn were chirping, and things were just... sparkly.

Coffee is the answer. To everything.

Without it, I am incomplete. Thank you for existing coffee!

I've never had coffee! Diet Coke for me!

That was funny! I'm with Kristina P. though - give me a Diet Coke anyday! I don't like coffee at all - not black coffee, not flavored coffees, nothing. I don't even like coffee flavored desserts. Strangely, though, I like the smell of coffee when it's brewing. I guess I'm just weird!

When I was working at the Board of Elections though, I really, really wished I liked coffee, because it would have helped me get through those long, boring days of entering information from voter registration cards for hours on end.

LOL! I miss American coffee. Yea, there are a couple of the American brands we can find here, but no Coffee Mate. With out coffee mate, I just don't want it. Then, there is the Italian coffee. I once would drink coffee, in America, throughout the day. Now, I drink it once in the morning, once after lunch, and once after dinner. Oh, and the Italian coffee is,,,,, about 2 ounces?
