I made a sweater for the same cousin I made the botched bunny hat and the Through Any Window Baby Blanket for.
I used Bella Bambina's Kelly's Sweater pattern. I've used this pattern before and will use it over and over again, because its simple, fast, and has great results.
Even though I know the baby is a girl, I get tired of just pink, pink, pink, so I used a mint green color and added flower buttons for the girly effect.
I'm still plugging away on Pi's sweater. I never did finish that second sleeve. Its just so repetetive and boring that I can't look at it for more than a few minutes at a time. I'm telling myself that I MUST finish the sleeve by tonight. That's probably going to go as well as me telling myself I MUST go the gym today.
Before I go, I'd like to say a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my blogging buddy and friend Lesalicious!!! Happy 27th Birthday!

Awww, that's a beautiful sweater! Pink is my favorite color, but I love mint green too!
Oh very cute! I get tired of pink myself. Last baby girl thing I knitted was blue ;-)
Very cute. I wanna make one too!
I love the sweater. Good luck with making your daughters. I really need to get around to making wearables. I'm just a tiny bit scared of the thought. Have a great day!
Cute sweater! I haven't done a baby one since I don't have a baby to help me get the guage correct (which I need). Such a pretty color you've chosen.
awe Chris.. so beautiful!! anony Joyce
Ooooo love the sweater great job oh so cute, Awww thanks for the birthday wishes you a doll :)
Love the mint sweater. The mom will probably appreciate something non-pink. Mint is a nice color and my first (and only) sweater was mint and navy.
Can't wait to see the other sweater for your daughter!
That's beautiful! I got tired of pink too with my DD, so I switched to purple and now purple is her favorite color...
I love the sweater! It is a great color, too!
